On February 20th we arrived safely in Cartagena, Colombia after a short flight over the Caribbean Sea. We rested with friends in the mountains of Guanacaste, Costa Rica and recuperated after a long, hard drive, passage through the lost worlds of customs and some serious hunger. We visited with the wonderful people of San Rafael and life lived close to the earth.  A special thank you to Cia, Mau, the Bergman’s, Miguel, Marino, Daisy and many more friends who fed us with love and let us rest.  It was too short but a much needed rest.
